Why patients travel to us
Many patients have stayed with our doctors for years, and some drive a long way to keep seeing them. Here's why:
- Board certified care: Anil Singh, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, and has practiced medicine since 2003.
- Local hospital connections: Dr. Singh is affiliated with JFK University Medical Center in Edison and RWJ University Hospital Rahway, which is convenient for patients in Rahway, Clark and Linden. Our sleep and lung specialist, Dr. Bangalore, is Chief of the Pulmonary Division at RWJ University Hospital Rahway.
- Less travel with televisits: televisits are available 24/7 for urgent matters and follow-ups when appropriate, so you don't always need to make the trip.
- Same-day visits for colds and flu: often available, including for new patients without a complex medical history who are not pregnant.
- 11 languages spoken: English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi and Malayalam, and everyone is welcome.
- Most major insurance accepted: including Medicare, NJ FamilyCare, Horizon, Aetna, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare.
- Specialty-level care in one place: diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, GLP-1 weight loss, sleep apnea and more.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only see patients from Edison?
No. We see patients from across Central New Jersey, including Piscataway, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, Monroe, Princeton, Bridgewater, Parsippany, Rahway, Linden, Clark, Elizabeth and Scotch Plains.
I live farther away, like Princeton or Parsippany. Can I still be your patient?
Yes. Many of our patients travel from farther away to see our doctors, and televisits for follow-ups when appropriate mean fewer trips to the office.
I live in Rahway or Linden. Is it worth the trip?
Many of our patients think so. Dr. Singh is affiliated with RWJ University Hospital Rahway, and many follow-ups can be done by televisit, so you won't always need to travel.
Can new patients from other towns get a same-day sick visit?
Often, yes, for colds and flu if you don't have a complex medical history and are not pregnant. Call early in the day.
Is my insurance accepted?
We accept most major plans, including Medicare and NJ FamilyCare. Call to confirm your specific plan.
